Our Story.
Newpol was established in 2012 by Directors Alastair Grant and Lukas Konieczny and is now a 60-person strong business.
Teamwork is a central tenant of our company culture, leading through an honest and collaborative working environment. Our clients always have direct access to our Leadership Team over the full project cycle, from Estimating to Administration, and from Project Management to Site Supervision and Financial Control.

Newpol is ISO accredited, holding independently certified OHS, Quality, and Environmental Management Systems, completed by third party auditors.
We are proud members of Master Builders Victoria and the Australian Institute of Building. In line with Newpol's commitment to promote an equitable industry, we are also delighted to hold a corporate membership with the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC).
