James brings 18-years of commercial experience across multiple industry sectors in both Australia and Europe. He is a big believer in the use of technology and collaboration of stakeholders. Therefore, as a mentor, he trains and develops the delivery team staff, to ensure high performance and alignment with Newpol's business standards, procedures, and values.

He leads with his hands-on approach and emphasis on the importance of nurturing respectful and synergic relationships between client, architect, consultant, subcontractor and builder. Dieter's ability to resolve technical construction challenges ensures client's project objectives will always be met.
