Constructing The Ranges.

A Dynamic New Community Hub & Contemporary ILUs.

Tabulam and Templer Homes for the Aged (TTHA) is “dedicated to creating a home that is safe, caring, and friendly… [providing] the opportunities and environment to enable [their] Community to flourish as they enjoy their later years.”

The Ranges marks an exciting expansion of their retirement living facilities, providing residents with dedicated spaces for recreation, health and well-being, and social interaction, ensuring their elderly community can enjoy a fulfilling life.

"We are proud to expand our village and further strengthen the sense of connection and belonging that makes TTHA so unique."

Eva Simo, CEO — TTHA

Newpol will be constructing a four-storey Community Hub, designed by Clarke Hopkins Clarke, entailing car parking and communal areas; a gym, kitchen, reception, dining and lounge areas, and multi-purpose spaces. Whilst the top two levels will feature eight high-end apartments. The new build will showcase a curved facade, utilising a combination of hebel, in-situ concrete, and brickwork. A semi-basement retention system will also be utilised.

13 high-end Independent Living Units (ILUs); five 3-bedroom and eight 2-bedroom single-storey homes will also be constructed. The entire site will be connected by an internal road network, with associated soft and hard landscaping. A display suite will be expedited for early handover, to allow TTHA to showcase the new ILUs to potential residents during construction.

The construction zone will be adjacent to TTHA’s existing Dementia Ward, whereby vigilant planning will be taken to safeguard the wellbeing of residents and their families, staff, and volunteers. On completion, the Community Hub will be connected to this ward through the establishment of a level one linkway.
