We are excited to share that Newpol will be delivering the Salesian College Chadstone - Mannix Precinct redevelopment. This project, which marks an exciting collaboration with McIldowie Partners, has been tailored to meet the unique needs of the College's Year 7 & 8 cohorts.

A Collaboration with McIldowie Partners.
The College will be vacating the campus to allow Newpol to occupy the site entirely, which will accelerate our overall program and enable us to handover the $13.8M precinct as one stage.
Newpol's scope includes the construction of a brand-new Year 7 Centre and a refurbishment of the existing building — to become the Year 8 Centre. The new facilities will feature general-purpose learning areas, specialised science rooms, and gathering spaces. A Bosco's Well Garden will connect the two centres.
This project involves building into a significant embankment. This added complexity will require a multi-staged retention system, which utilises bored piers and precast concrete.
This redevelopment supports Salesian College Chadstone's commitment to deliver "a holistic education that nurtures student's academic, social, and emotional growth", and we are thrilled to be involved.
