This Design & Construct project involved the construction of 32 Independent Living Units across the Baptcare Strathalan Site. The high-end residences feature a mix of two- and three-bedroom units, spanning both single- and double-storey complexes, delivering luxury within a warm, vibrant, and welcoming community.
Residents can enjoy modern comfort, with the finest furnishings. The units include open-plan kitchen and dining spaces with large, light-filled windows that extend to a balcony, paved courtyard, or garden.
Practicality was also considered, with ample storage space, easy-to-clean surfaces, and intelligent ergonomic design. The hardwood flooring, plush carpets, opulent ensuite bathrooms, built-in robes, and private garages further enhance the sense of luxury. Newpol’s scope also included extensive civil works, road networks, landscaping for both public and private spaces, and community areas.
Careful consideration was always given to the execution of our work to prevent any disruptions to the operations of Baptcare’s existing care facilities and ensure the wellbeing of their staff and residents.
