This project involved the extension of the Mornington Community Centre, to create additional space for local programs and support groups. A new 700m2 build was constructed and linked to the existing facility, which Newpol also fully refurbished. This expansion provided new facilities like a community kitchen and dining space, as well as a childcare centre, both of which extend out to undercover decking and outdoor play areas. Flexible meeting rooms, reception and administrative offices, general and IT classrooms are also housed in this space. This build was surrounded by an extensive landscaping package and 800m2 car park.
