Newpol was awarded the contract to deliver the Youth Transition Hub in Pakenham. This facility provides a home and support network for vulnerable young people on the brink of homelessness. The development consists of eight independent living units and a multi-purpose community building. Associated external works included a communal garden space whereby kids can harvest leafy greens, enjoy a group BBQ, and play a friendly game of basketball.
