We are delighted to continue our presence at Avila College, having been awarded the contract to deliver the new two-storey Student Resource Hub.
This new facility will showcase an exposed CLT and GLT structure, a unique and environmentally sustainable alternative, which will also serve as a key architectural feature. The ground floor includes a large collaboration space, along with staff offices and meeting rooms. A centralised staircase, which features custom and curved steel, leads to the first floor which will house the resource hub, as well as various staff workspaces.
Localised demolition of the surrounding structures will be required, as two linkways will be constructed to connect this new build with the College's existing facilities.
