Newpol was engaged to simultaneously deliver two multi-purpose sporting pavilions. The Alex Nelson Pavilion will house cricket and football clubs, with the facility comprising multiple change rooms, commercial kitchens and social rooms. An extensive civil package was also included to improve viewing platforms and triple the capacity of available car parking. The state-of-the-art Robert Booth Pavilion will house baseball and softball clubs, featuring four change rooms, bathroom facilities, a commercial kitchen and canteen, social rooms and fully accredited umpiring facilities.
