Newpol completed the $5M Sports & Performing Arts Centre at Seaford North Primary School. The sports stadium features a professional sized basketball, netball and volleyball court, along with associated sporting amenities. New art and music classrooms, toilets and change room amenities, as well as a commercial kitchen sit adjacent to the new stadium. Newpol’s scope further involved a large external works package, including asphalt basketball courts, works to existing ovals, and extensive landscaping.
