Newpol will complete a modernisation of the existing middle-school building, whereby the original build will be partially demolished, including the roof, front façade and internal double-brick dividing walls. New structural footings will be installed, which will take the load of the new steel structure. A new roof, façade, all new classroom layouts and services will be installed. This will include 12 general learning areas, and two science rooms that will directly link to the science wing of the brand-new Science & Technology Centre that Newpol delivered in Stage 1.
